Our Human Resources and Training Team, is obliged to find, develop and to
provide continuance of the most effective man power for Wenice Organization.
The functions of the department are Human Resources planning, formation of
work analysis and definitions, finding and selection of workers, career
development, training, performance assessment, industrial relationships and
personal rights.
Human Resource Department providing training organization in accordance with
determined requirements as a result of work analysis, forms the career plans
of Wenice employees who are its own workers and aims for developing of brand
with its employees.
